3. Scaling up to next level: You want to scale up the business now, having set a model to follow on and needs investment and you want to make it big, rather than being in just profitable/sustainable basket. (You obviously, need a partner/JV or investor, who can pump in the money and has good feel about the industry that you are in.)
4. The business no longer excites you, you want to retire, or you want to move on to a new business. (Time to sell!)
5. You are tired, and want a partner who can invest as well as perform with you and their by share the responsibility of running it. (Go for it, for the right partner)
6. Migration: You intend to migrate to another state and start a new business or another country for obvious reasons of own kind. (Time to disinvest/ sell)
